Advice and Initial assessments
Staff are always available for advice and guidance including during the summer enrolment period. Some courses require an initial assessment – you will be advised when you enquire and an appointment made for this.
How do I pay ?
If you are applying for a qualification course you will be invited to interview, upon completion of your interview you will make payment if applicable.
If you are applying for a leisure, fitness or language course you will be able to pay online – please ensure you have your debit/credit card ready to make your payment.
Due to the popularity of some courses, early enrolment is advisable and enrolments which are paid for in full are accepted in the order that they are received, until the course is full.
Student Support & Help with Fees
Academic Courses:
Aquinas College may be able to waive your tuition fees for certain academic courses if you are in receipt of an income related benefit (proof required).
Leisure courses:
You may be entitled to a reduction in leisure course fees if you are in receipt of certain benefits. You will need to provide proof of this at enrolment. See Fees and Support page for a full list of benefits accepted for September 2024.
Refunds – the college operates a no refund policy for part-attended courses.
What happens if the course does not run?
Generally, the reason would be that there are insufficient numbers enrolled. In this situation you would either be given a full refund of any monies paid, or we may advise you of a local centre or college who offers a similar course.
